Ok... I'm REALLY overthinking this one...
I have to start somewhere, and it doesn't yet feel natural or sincere to start making detailed lists of all the things I love about myself or love myself for.
Perhaps this is also one of those deals where you "fake it til you make it", but I'm just not feeling the Brady Bunch spirit on that one yet, so...
I'm going to start small and simple with something I honestly can say I like... not ready to use the word LOVE yet, but I'll at least go as far as like...
- I LIKE my eyes. I will say that I love the green color - how deep and dark they are... and when I have mascara on... YOWZA!
- I LIKE my hair when it's freshly washed and dried. It's naturally very soft and shiney - kind of baby-fine.
- I give an OUTSTANDING massage.
- I play a good flute.
- I'm not a bad writer.
- I'm creative.
- I love animals.
